Thanks Trace! My B.I.L. wanted to try out a new camera, so I dropped him off at dock, and just ran pass after pass after pass ...

How ya' doing, Robby? My B.I.L. took these, first "on the water ACTION" shots that were in focus
Gonna use one on the boat info sheet for the boat show.

    Pete
Looks like ya found the perfect running attitude! Seems (in some the vids) the hopping is little now. Great!

Guys, Pete lives north of me and BUILT that boat! Thom Adams here "Dr Frankenmerc" built the motor. Lotta trial and error but came out damn PERFECT! Lotta dedication there Pete! Congrats! Why don't you post the info sheet that will be on in the wooden boat show? Be proud of your work..I sure am! Robby Love this pic..

    Robby,

Here are my "data" sheets for display at the boat show. I still consider these preliminary and have a couple of months to refine. Not real happy with the photo on the Boat Details page - need to figure that out.

Real good question, I haven't actually weighed the boat. The designed weight is 790 lbs with an '89 Merc 60. I estimate the white Merc and CMC together weigh about 330lbs. So, given that, I'd say the boat is about 930 lbs without my fat azz

Pete, whens the wooden boat fest in P/A (P/A right?) Ours was May 17th this year. DAMN, some FINE old wood! A little it here..The board walk in Olimpia harbor.....
"Since 1980. On display will be wooden boats of all sizes and types, new and old, power and sail, row boats, dinghies, kayaks and canoes. While visiting the fair browse the arts and crafts booths featuring beautiful artwork and pottery, wooden décor, jewelry, clothing, stain glass, leather products, hammocks, sky chairs and many more nautical- related items. When the family gets hungry, walk through the International Food Alley featuring booths offering traditional burgers, seafood and international food choices to tempting desserts, sweets and treats. Vendor applications will be accepted soon so check back for more on the mouth- watering choices for this year’s boat fair. The fair is known for showcasing local entertainment on Saturday and Sunday starting at noon"

And did ya see the news today? Western Washington voted #1 for the best summers out of all 50 states! Ya we put up the gray and drizzle mild winters, but now bet 3 months 70s +, no rain until OCT. Be well Pete...again..congrats on the boat! I need to stop and BS the "Dr Frankenmerc"...later...
