trouble with the cleavage props is people get so excited looking at them going round and round and round, mesmerising .

    Ha ha ha
Barry sheen was the man, changed the way bikes were to be ridden in the future.
I remember going to brands hatch and watch him demolish everyone.
on the way home all the biker boys were trying to lean like he did, I saw more crashed bikes that day than ever.
I went with a group of boys on mopeds (50cc), I was on a racing pushbike and about 6 of them had old Raleigh wisps and Honda graduates
I beat 3 of them home ha ha , they could only reach about 30mph top speed, and they still thought they were Barry sheen ha ha ha .
must of been about 1975, I used a pushbike a lot to keep super fit back then, saddle on that would be too sharp for me today.

There is a Mercury service bulletin describing to some more detail how to cut down an aluminum propeller to the dimensions Chaz showed.

OMC guys seem to like spending money on OMC oil, OMC zip tie tools, OMC test props, etc.

lol well I will admit the zip ties tool is rediculous, but I do use Bombardier zip ties on carb fuel hoses lol And my test wheel were all bought at far below list prices, but dealers are expected to have all this stuff. From what I recall, OMC/Bomb will send the dealer a package of the minimum new service tools for any new models released that year ,and then bill them - no choice. Merc is just as bad - you needs zillions of tools to service lower units for example.

I had one. Except I paid $3 for a generic tool at a car parts store instead of $87 for an OMC tool. Exact same thing.

I have one too, it's generic and I doubt my dad remembers where he bought it in the 80's
