sandbar at Islamarada,
this is a good example of why I think this is the most "FUN" sandbar in Fla, if not the whole US.

Keith,
If you like that, you need to experience Harmon Creek (lake cumberland) on the poker run weekend-this is where the pros come out and it doesn't stop when the sun goes down. The second place is LOTO party cove, then Havasu on any holiday weekend. I used to me more comfortable around all of that stuff but now I tend to worry about liability and injury a little more-getting older and maybe a little wiser.

I just like wandering around, no need to connect with anything, just enjoy people having FUN, fun out, I just like wandering around, not looking to connect with anyone. you ever met Ron Rice, have several times and partied at his house

This and the jobbie nooner party on Lk. St. Clair are the two best boat party scenes that I have attended in last two years. Last year we burned through just over 2700 gallons of fuel for the week (32 skater with 800's, 36 skater with 1100s, 23 ski nauitique , and the houseboat itself). The houseboat generators use 1 gallon per hour each so that alone was 48 a day but we did a lot of hard running...

Ive watched a few youtube videos that make it clear what happens later in the day. Pucking funks!! It crazy how milky that water gets with everyone stirring it up Doesnt look like beautiful keys water with everyone there.
As for large raft up parties. Its not my thing. The silver glenn here on lake george has huge party raft ups all the time. I drive for 2.5 hours to get to the jungle den. Put the boat in the water, ride 20 minutes to the glen, park the boat all day then leave in an afternoon thunderstorm and rush back to the dock. I like to run when my boat gets wet and stop a few times briefly to chat and eat etc then get back out there and run.Rob Lankford
