Fury or tempest
I have a 1990 shadow 180v that I'm still in the break in phase of a rebuilt 1993 2.5 mariner carbed 200. Boat weighs 925, I believe. Has a beat up 24 pitch trophy that I'm just using for break in. I'll send it off to get worked eventually for a backup. My question is what prop is faster/overall better performer for a lighter bass boat like mine? Fury or tempest? Thanks for any advice/ recommendations.

The Fury will give you a lot of bow lift and from my experience they tend to run a pitch higher, meaning my 25 ran like a 26, so if you want a 24, I'd get the 23 and you'd be fine.

I've experienced same thing with a fury, they run stiff and lots of bow lift. I also find they don't like to be ran very high, which is great for heavier boats. The tempest can be ran higher and may be a better candidate for your lighter boat, being you may not need all that bow lift.

Thanks for the info guys. Once I finish my break in, I'll try a few different tempest. Thinking 26 is gonna be right where I need to be.

I'm new at all of this going faster business. Couple of questions:
How expensive is it to add a nosecone/low water pickup?
What type speed differential is it from a standard prop/2-4 inches below pad to nosecone/lwp/surface prop? 3-5 mph?
If I decide not to go that route, I won't get a "surface" prop. I'll stick with a tempest/fury/whatever is best for a lighter bass boat until I can add nosecone/lwp.

What are your numbers right now with current setup? That is an extremely fast bass hull. I would think with a 200 mid 80's dialed in with low water pickup and the right prop.
