Here locally the naacp has been trying to get the portrait of Gen Lee in the courthouse, and the statue of general Lee on his horse in the courtyard removed for years. Luckily the local crackers have still got the upper hand on the situation. Since it is in Lee county, it is a historical local monument. One day they will win out through litigation with the help of the liberals , at some point it will cost more than we can afford to defend our right to have them.

Its a long held secret that the 01 on general lee in the dukes of hazard was to pay tribute to the confederate army's war record... 0-1.

Only the south would celebrate the losers of a war, must be where this whole participation trophy trend began, lol.
