    Kind of funny gary the Allison is red with white bottom,the pacecraft/vampire is also red/white bottom, still trying on the Allison dude hard to get a hold of.

    Thanks you guys you all cool, 71v153 that's the boat im trying to get back if I told you the story on this boat red Allison I will let you know if I don't get it back it will make you sick to your stomach. for what my friend sold it for after I tried to buy it back from him { no wait I bought it for him to race and he *ucked me and you do not even want to know how much he sold it for to a goodfriend of ours??????????????? YOU COULD NOT GET THE LOWER UNIT FOR THE WHOLE TURN KEY RIG WITH 1 HOUR ON IT TOTTYALY REDONE TOP TO BOTTOM FOR WHAT HE SOLD IT FOR AND *UCK ME asd now my hands are tyed not going to get it back cause he knows what he has .* **** me and my buddy has a heaty price to pay for my friendship back? I putr more work than any money he put in it period.

    Sorry about my rants and raves guys it just gets to me sometimes. Well the 12 inch mid now has a sister just waiting to get it painted but I have two big ass cottonwoods at the end of my driveway and it just keeps snowing or its to cool to paint [no paint booth ] the sister will get a 85 hp javelin hood will make that one be 185 hp its a decent hood I just got but the rubber seal is toast will have to buy a new one.

    Now that Javelin hood is purdy. I have been looking for a new hood for my 140 kind of had and accident and the paint and decal ran looks for crap. It is a shame what was done to this boat I got me some fold down seats with an emblem mounted on 2 pieces of aluminum but it runs

    Stopped snowing the other day got to paint,not very happy about the black paint oh well can live with it.Bought a junk xr2 so robbed the louvers off the cowling.Skeg to top of hood 48 inches.

    Hey Ken If your not happy with the black the way it is ...how about paintin the mid covers under the pan black also....or the mid red and leave the clamps black. Any way it sure is purdy!!!! Love the cowl! Roc on bro! Gary

    thanks gary,the black just would not lay down and flow so I just kept reducing it down but it was to late than kind of flat looking hate to spray paint I never tried before.Black is ok but should have been as shinny like the hood.

    Well the javelin hood got a paint job new rubber seal and decal kit,working on the lower unit nose cone.

    The javelin hood looks great from sides and front, but a bit boring from the back.
