Per the reed stuffers: If memory serves me V6's are not interchangeable with the V4. Though they look almost identical. So make sure yer gettin V4 stuff ...

I posted on the site you told me 71V153 asking about the reed stuffers. Someone said that fuel line can do the same job ??

Fwiw the Baja ran 54.9 with a '86 90. And 62.9 with a '83 140.

There was somebody somewhere threatenin to start makin em. All ya'd need'd be an intake manifold'n reed cage. And some knowledge of injection molding?

Wow.... My bet is I can put a jack plate on that boat and a decent steering system and get 50 out of it easy if it has a straight solid hull free of hooks, etc. Chine walk at 40?

What Jack Plate with what settings. My build is for the winter but if i can put on a Jackplate just now then tell me which one and with how much set back ?
