2005 250 xs upgrades

I have a 2005 250xs with about 800 hrs on. Motor is strong but I'd like to get more power out of it and gain top end.
I'm thinking about raising rev limiter, hydrotec tuner, CCMS reed valves and light flywheel.

Has someone ever tried this mods?
Is it really worth it?

What I'd really like is to have opinions and results from someone who's tried it on a 250xs.
I've seen a lot of modified 300xs but few 250xs.
So come on guys tell us more!

Send a P.M. to Todd D. here on board. He has pulled good results out of them and knows the recipe. We are at the races until Monday and he is working as the Tech inspector so he won't reply until Monday or Tuesday but he knows first hand.

yes i done the flywheel an tuner gave better holeshot mid range then done the pcm over here in australia and what a difference pulls all the way through to its new 6650 limiter before i done the pcm i would top out at 82mph@6000 now i get 89@6650 with my 25 1.62 gearing with my 28 i got 87@5800 now i get 93@6150 with more to go
