Stevens Point next Saturday the 19th. Race located a Bullheads Bar&Grill/Rivers Edge Campground.
Registration open Fri afternoon 3:00 PM and will close Sat. at 9:30 AM so brackets can be made.
Mandatory drivers meeting scheduled for 10:00 AM.
Racing Scheduled to start 11:00 AM
This is a great venue and sounds like it's gonna be a good turn out. This is also the Dewey Volunteer Fire Department's summer fund raiser so lets put a good show and I'm looking forward to seeing some great racing. Jerry Farhner is a gracious host and rolls out the red carpet for us. He is also having live music after races for all to enjoy

Whats the best way to get there again? Dont u have to cut across the hiway and backtrack or something to get there?

If coming from the south you can get off on Exit# 165 (Casmir RD) turn right on Casmir then turn left on N 2nd drive follow that N until you hit stop sign at Sawmill. Once you cross Sawmill that becomes Sunset follow north to Maple turn left crosses Hwy 51 then turn right on Campsite RD follow N .5 and you are in bar parking lot.
I think it easier to go to Exit 171 turn right on DB go .5 turn right on Sunset go 3 miles turn right on Maple crosses 51 turn right on Campsite follow N to bar parking lot

Just want to start with a giant THANK YOU to all the racers, volunteers, sponsors and the staff at Bullheads to help make this all work.!!!
It was a great day of racing and the weather was awesome. We 43-45 boats (would have to count again)show up and kept us busy all day. The was just a sea of spectators with cars lined parked about 3/4 of mile down both sides of the road. I can't tell how many of them came to me to thank us for coming. Also heard from the Dewey fire dept things went well for them as well as Bullheads Bar and Grill.

Also the campground staff was absolutely blown away at how polite, fun and friendly all the racers and crew were. They also commented on how well everyone cleaned up after themselves. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I unfortunately don't have don't have any pics or vids to share so I anybody does please share. Thanks Again

What happened to samaris {Chet Olson} viper. I was there since noon but didnt see it run. Love that boat because I had a viper years ago. Also the young man with the lime green {I think it was a vixen} that little boat flys! Those air boats were a blast to watch to.
