I know not everybody will agree with me but I miss Jay Smith and Raceman posting. I know Norris still posts but not like he used to.

This is way cool.
I figured out how Prof. O/B did his name then searched him, then searched "recent posts".
TONS of great reading!
Trying to find one he did about jetting a looper and came across this one on closed end wrist pins.
Check out the Wizards (Brendan Power whom I never knew posted) that replied.
This is back when this site was a live, technical dictionary.
Closed end wrist pins:

Land and Sea big bore kits:
This ones funny

(PS, add 6 Killer to the Wizards list.)
Rich vs Lean:
Another good one. Still looking for Prof's post about tuning/jetting but Jay Smith quotes it perfectly in this thread.

Cutting heads: (how, not how much to cut)
http://www.screamandfly.com/showthre...es-and-cutting
Cold air intake and velocity stacks:
Forgot how funny this guy was.

I only made it through 4 pages if someone else wants to take over.
I'm going back to bedI'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.
