Theres a million of them. lol ...Seriously, a lot of "aftermarket" props call for they're own design thrust washers, while sometimes a factory Mercury (or OMC) thrust washer can be substituted. A lot of variables. Thru-hub props, Over the hub exhaust props, different shaft spline lengths, different hub spline lengths, etc., etc... Worst comes to worst, you get them from that particular propeller manufacturer.

If you post the prop number and motors gear case its going on we can perhaps advise you on what thrust washer is required?

my gear case is from an old 1979 mercury mariner, I have 2 other props for it that both use the same thrust washer, but this one the washer is too big for. i'm probably gonna get a new lower unit eventually, just peacing everything together for now so ready for the boating season. thanks for any help!

Thats an Inline fixed hub Merc chopper that I know. Now these are a bit of an odd duck. Good props just that they have the pressed in rubber hub. You can use a flat thrush washer even a reg one as long as the washer isn't interfiering with the weed cutters and you have enough at the nut end to get the nylock down far enough. heas a pic of guy who used a reg thrush washer and said it was fine. but different gearcase. So shaft length may be different I dont know.

Don't you just make sure that that back side thrust washer fits in the hub to keep the prop from wobbling.
But yet keeps your prop out far enough so it dont scrape on the housing.
Then when you tighten the big nut its tight enough so the prop has no movement before the big nut bottoms out on the shaft shoulder?
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.
