advice for the propeller
Hello to everyone
I wanted to ask for advice for the propeller bravo1 4 blades 24p as well as the fury 3 blades 24p
I found an opportunity to purchase these two propellers.
Now for my boat I have 2 cleaver p23,1 laser2 23p and p26 chopper.
the highest speed I reach with the chopper.
I have heard good things of these two propellers
you think it is better fury or bravo1?
thank you

Bravo great for heavier loads. Fury good prop also doesn't carry weight as well and needs to be ran deeper in water. Assuming it's the 3 blade fury.

thanks forbesauto
the bravo1 that I found has no pvs
the profiles of the blades are different from bravo1 bravo1xr?
It can say that fury is an evolution of laser2
my boat the tank is at the stern and noticed that the boat feel much the gasoline weight difference that I have on board
the bravo1 may be faster than the other propellers which I?

Blades are the same on both bravos just the xs has the pvs holes added. May need to add the pvs holes to get hole shot where it needs to be. How heavy is the boat?

If chopper is fastest so far would think the fury may be faster under light loads but added weight effects it quickly. The bravo may be tad slower but added weight doesn't slow it down as much. Probably can't run the fury as high as the chopper though. With full tank of fuel and extra passengers bravo more than likely faster, but may not take off well until pvs holes added

the boat has a power lift cmc and tests that I made, the 2 cleaver and laser2 propellers do not go well with the higher engine but the chopper also works with the higher engine.
50/60 liters of gasoline in more or less in the tank, give 150/200 rpm difference
after installing the lift I noticed that performance of the boat have not improved.
with an average height of lift and 0 trim, the p23 propellers make only 6200 rpm, the chopper p26 with the same set-up makes 6100rpm
I have tried a high five p21 with the same set-up and the engine runs at 7300/7400 rpm
I do not know exactly the weight of the boat, but I think it's between 800 and 900 kg

If that's the total weight of boat either prop should work. Fury will need to be lower and probably will turn less rpm and bravo can be run higher. If that's just hull weight then fury out of the picture bravo all the way. Chopper may also be fastest, but I tried one on a boat near that total weight and the fury was faster. Turned out that an Srx is actually fastest prop I've run. The bravo was close in speed but was faster with two people and a lot of gear and fuel

normally in the boat we are 2 people plus the few things I carry with me.
in the tank I an average of 90 liters to 140 liters, more or less
I always try be as light as possible

The bravo I sweet with a load and can be worked to run very well. But usually not the all out fastest with lighter loads. Since you normally have a passenger I think you would like the bravo. Probalbly will need pvs hole added though

OK thanks
do you think if I conclude the deal of a bravo1, for making pvs holes, I can copy from either laser2 diameter of the holes that position?

Yes, most machine shops and prop shops can also cut them. There's a little groove cut in the edge of the hole for the pvs plus to fit in. You could try drilling smaller holes and see if it's enough. If not a machine shop could finish the cut.
