    Bolt On Nose Cones??

    Anybody remember the bolt on nose cones with low water pickups? ?? Do they still exist?

    never heard of it. Sounds like it could be dangerous if your going 30 - 50 mph and it comes off and hits your waterskier buddy in the nut sack. They have those bolt on skeg covers but those aren't for high speed either.

    I have looked around for them and got no joy.
    I missed one on ebay and was gutted, it only made $10 , to me it was worth that just as a show piece.

    mercury made them apparently.
    somewhere I have the little brochure about them, to me they look cute, and if you made an alloy one would be perfect.
    if I find it I will post it on here.
