Stock mercury single ram trim pump vs mercruiser style trim pump on a 2.5L
Just wondering what the advantages or disadvantages are to running the mercruiser style trim pump with my 2.5L merc hipo 245 hp vs the stock trim pump that came with these motors? I've seen a lot of guys using the mercruiser style pump... am I missing something? Thanks in advance!

The stock canister style are horrifically slow, mercruiser or bobs pump is way faster.
