Outstanding!! One thing alot of us poor people who just cant say im going to go buy one of these today for my sweet RR or Allison i financed and is all payed for want to know is.... How much {roughly} will a turn key 2.5 cost? Just for instance the 300-350hp model with electronics a complete drop on ready to bolt on a go to an existing 225 260 280 mid with SM or TM. Ball park! i know for me i will need to finance to buy a new motor of any type and knowing this at least will give me and i know alot of others an idea of how long it will take us to prepare for such a purchase. There have been alot of numbers thrown around and they vary considerably. So with in $5000 ball park high or low any at all information would greatly be appreciated. i can buy a 300XS for 17000 i would get a 5 year loan for that but then i cant buy anything for 5 years. If i knew i could get one of these turn key drop on for $25000. or less I would wait 5 or 6 months untill I could save for more of a down payment to keep cost of financing to around 20? Am i close for the lower HP motor or way off base and just not even dream this dream. thanks Im sure 90% of us are in this boat that boat. hehe

Fantastic. Look at how the billet blocks have added a completely new level to the automotive engine market! This is the start of a beautiful thing.

@speedinstream , CRT makes that billet midsection. I'm going to post more photos in a few minutes. I have many of the midsection and mount assembly.

@whipper James, the pricing is actually very reasonable. The basic 2.5 kit with block, heads, and other items runs around $13K, which would use the internals of your Mercury engine. I will have to check my notes for details on pricing. The block will accept oiler cranks as well. That's very reasonable for buying this kind of quality. When it comes to rebuild time, this could very well be a nice option.

I will post complete details on pricing this week. I'm also going to add a front page post with many photos on the CRT products.
