Looks good to me. I have been using a factory trim relay harness from a merc outboard on all my jackplate installs for yrs and that looks just like it and is priced right.

the harness i rec'd from Bob's with my action plate,is very much like a mercury offshore trim pump harness,except the solenoids are potted in a black box.the seastar should be fine.
