We used to power these with ilmor v10's. But they are making pretty big power with their v8's now. This one will get a 570hp v8.

Yes, this is a Gar Wood. We build them in brant lake, ny. This boat will be at the clayton show this year, along with the 28' streamliner you can see in the background.

David you should visit Blackbird boats in your neck of the woods. They were right up the road from where I used to live in Port Sydney, very impressive boats. Not to take anything away from this one of course...
