Labbed 28" Pro Et holding and Bow lift for heavy set up

    Hi all,
I am currently working through a few props that I have for my 21ft ski boat. Setback is now around 12" and prop shaft runs between 1" below and 6" below on a hydraulic plate. I am struggling to find a blade that does not slip at the higher engine heights. My 24" thinned Big Ear Chopper is the only prop that so far comes close to holding the bow with reasonable slip and trim angles.
My standard 26" Trophy plus gives up way to early and slips to the rev limiter.
Before I commit to buying a bigger pitch Chopper, can anyone explain what the holding power of the Pro Et props are like compared to the Choppers? I am hopeful that the extra blade may have them hold the bow/control slip the same or better than a Chopper. Interested to hear opinions on both the lab finished and standard variants (holding power, not blade strength).
    Thanks again

Can't comment on the Pro ET, but if it's grip at high heights you're after then I'd go for the largest diameter you can, it definitely helps

Thanks all, great input, helping me fast track my learning. At this point I am reluctant to work the Trophy as I would prefer to leave it standard until I understand my setup a little better. I think I am still a fair way off so will try to get hold of a Pro ET and/or Chopper to check the heights/slip prior to final tweaking of the 'right' one for my rig. Thanks again
