One judge made a ruling, the local appeals court heard the arguments and agreed but it still has the ability to be appealed to a higher court and eventually the supreme court so no, it should never be just one person's opinion.

the only problem is those people have no US constitutional right to be here no where does it say that we have to take them and they should be a lot more country's included in the ban

Approached correctly, those voices are heard by the elected officials and laws, regulations and executive orders are made to answer them. However if a regulation or order is not lawful then it's either modified to stay within the law or new laws are proposed and enacted to meet the need.

Temper tantrums or name calling have no place in the process in a civilized society and hopefully someone will step forward in the new administration and be the adult in the room.....
