    1993 Warlock 25 SXT cat

Selling our 1993 Warlock 25 SXT cat.
Boat had all new interior including custom race seats on custom aluminum brackets, Front seats have support bar as well to eliminate lateral movement and is also grab bar for people in rear seats so they don't grab tops of fronts to pull themselves up, all new side panels, rear hatch, etc. done in 2015.
New cockpit cover which was also done in 2015 and has additional piece that zips on rear and covers motors. (cannot trailer it with this section on though)
Also has all brand new Autometer marine gauges. and all lights, gauges, blower, etc. works as they should.
Motors are 2005 and 2006 Optimax 225 ProXS that have had ECM's re flashed and turned up to 250HP.
Compression and leak down are all spot on per factory specs and run flawless.
Just finished up installing motors and lake tested today with the Opti's on it and she pulls harder than a damn freight train!
Motors are oil injected with tanks in the rear of boat.
Installed 6" manual jack plates with 4" extensions to get proper clearances and motors setting where they need to be.
Both sportmaster lowers have been gone through and have new impellors and port side has new shaft and gear set in it as we had to build that side to be LH rotation. Lower on port was an original LH lower that came off another motor and just rebuilt for this project.
Trailer is in excellent shape as well.

Ran it for about 6 months when we bought it and it grenade one of the original motors and has basically sat for last year and a half until today when it was finished up and put back in water for testing. Only ran it 4 times after interior was done when motor let go so interior is as good as the day it was done. no rips, tears, wear of any sort, etc.

Bought it as a project boat a couple years ago and it is 95% done and is turn key ready to run now but has 2 things that need to be addressed at some point.

One is the paint. the clear coat is coming off on top of deck and it has a couple scuffs here and there but no major issues and is all cosmetic.

The second is play with different props to get it dialed in the rest.
It has 28 cleavers on it now and will run just fine but at a little over half throttle, we are at the limiters and at about 80-84 MPH. Most likely needs either 30 or 32P on it to get it to run out the rest at the upper end.
She is without a doubt after todays lake test every bit of a 100+ MPH boat with different props but I am out of time and money to finish this project as we already have another boat that's getting attention now and this one needs to go.

All motor work and rigging was done by a certified Mercury Tech that specializes in outboards especially outboard drag boats here in GA.

Asking 29K OBO and have more than that in the motors and interior already.

I travel a lot so I am not on here every day so if interested, please call or text me at 567-230-3000. Boat is located in Dacula GA.

Based on messages recieved so far, need to clarify a couple things.
Boat hull and floor is solid. Sat backed under a carport for years but front was out in weather and sun beat the top deck which caused the clear coat issue. Had boat wet sanded 2 years ago to try and clean it some to get by for a while but ended up making things worse so we stopped.
The minor nicks in sponsons and bottom are purely cosmetic only.
Boat also has hynautic steering which is hydraulic that is pressurized by air cannister.
Boat also has tunnel tabs that are manually adjusatble.
Motors just cost us 20K for the pair which included all mods, harnesses, wing plates, required rigging etc that was need to switch over from old 2.5L to these newer optimaxes.
All the interior work that was done 2 years ago which is still brand new, gauges, etc cost us another 14K or so.
So we have invested 34K into this boat in last 2 years and all that is left is to address paint or have it wrappped and dial in with different

Lower units were also gone through, new gear set in port side and are set up to be able to spin bravo one blades as well so prop selection is no issue

borrowed a set of 32P cleavers today to see what it would do and boat ran 98mph with a bit more to go but we ran out of room on the lake so its safe to say this is a true 100mph boat with the right props that wont break the bank.

Minnesota actually has over 14,000 lakes and none to drive these fun boats on, legally according to sound and speed limits. What a shame. I'd probably own at least 4 - 30 plus footers by now. Idling these cool boats all day long just don't cut it up here.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.

Most MN lakes do not have speed limits. I looked it up last year. Sound is another story.

with the optimaxes on it now, its surprisingly quiet! can have a conversation at 70 and not have to scream at each other.

Also just bought a set of new 32P four blade cleavers that will go on it which is what it needed.

Just spent the last 2-1/2 days cleaning it up and buffing it, etc. Here are the new pics after cleaning it.

We would really like to see this boat go to a new home but we are not desperate either so I would think this is of interest to someone with over a thousand views on this site alone. Make me a reasonable offer and lets try to work something out! Boat will go with the new 32P props I have coming for it so all it needs is a little TLC in the paint dept and she will be 100% complete and done!

Well then in the cities they do.
Prior Lake, 45 weekdays, 35 weekends
Minneotonka has a low speed limit and sound restrictions on weekends
Thats all i can think of at the moment. Thats why I hit the rivers.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.
