These are used Mercury Speedmasters with the Skegs intentionally removed. These were used by Jon Wright and run on his Unlimited Outboard Hydro “Doo Dad”. “FOR RACING ONLY ON FIXED ENGINE BOATS WITH RUDDERS.”

(Items are marked #1, #2, #3 for picture and ad purposes only).

#1 = This gearcase was modified to accept 12 spline props. It comes with an extra water pump housing. Asking $2,500.

#2 = This gearcase has the Mercury 15 spline prop shaft in it. Asking $2,500.

#3 = This gearcase has the 12 spline prop shaft in it. Asking $1,500.

The drive shafts on these were shortened because Jon had a 2 Speed transmission he ran. (Which is for sale separately.) All that is needed to make the shaft longer is a drive shaft coupler and another drive shaft. I have one coupler (not for sale, but to review if wanting to make your own).
