    Win 7 and Live Mail.

I broke out my desktop computer after being in storage for three years and found my Windows Live Mail no longer works. It holds my two Hotmail accounts and a Gmail account. What is the best app now a days for putting all my accounts in one app?

    Did you run Windows update?

I'm using Win 7 and Win Live Mail on both my laptop and my desktop at the shop... but I think there was a major update about a year ago that was required in order to keep using it, Maybe this, not sure: http://www.windowscentral.com/update...osoft-accounts

Mine that I'm using today still show "Windows Live Mail 2012" in the "ABOUT" tab.

(You may have to run Windows Update 3 or 4 times... some updates have to be installed before the rest become available.)

A day late and a dollar short:

    Note
Windows Essentials 2012 suite reached end of support on January 10, 2017

    Are there any recommended alternatives?

    • Mail is available as a free built-in application for Windows 8.1 and above.
    • Photos is available as a free built-in application for Windows 8.1 and above.
    • Live Writer is available as an open-source solution.
    • One Drive is an inbox feature for Windows 8.1 and above.
    • Family Safety is an inbox feature for Windows 8.1 and above.

Sorry... I didn't know that. I am using it until it quits working; I guess.
