Another way of getting around a corned by precutttung the segments before hand !

This is another way of getting foam around a corned ! Set a bench saw to the right angle and the fence at the right distance and can precut enough for all the corners!. In this case the core is 40mm thick ,but thinner core can be done the same way!, strength is this case was not an issue , sound insulation was more important as this is a part of the companion way to the engine room and part of the upper deck support panels
