2000 Mercury 150 EFI

My engine had a new powerhead replaced back in August. After it was replaced it ran great. While it was apart i sent the injectors off and had them cleaned. Well we had a hurricane come through in which i didnt use the boat for about two weeks. First night out in the boat, it idled really bad and i had to keep it idled upto keep it running. It finally cleared out and ran fine. Since that night, i have developed an issue first thing running it for the day it would stumble first coming on plane and then clear out fine for the rest of the day. Now for about two weeks i have had an issue where anything above 3/4 throttle it seems to be on the rev limiter. As long as it is below that its fine. I just ran it 45+ miles yesterday offshore.

Engine hours: 50ish
oil pump delete i mix it 50:1
timing set to 8 @ idle and 23 @ full cranking speed
change fuel filters


What could it be?

I also attempted to test the TPS but i get a constant reading of 7.46. I try checking ohms and get no reading at all. Since i mix my fuel, does it matter about the TPS?

set meter on 2 volts how are you checking it? you have the harness the interrupts the ends of the tps sounds like maybe some else,and yes tps means alot it wont idel if its not set right or went out runs very badly

It is set on two volts. and yes i have that
