So apparently I have ANOTHER winter project.......
8 years later.....and here we go again.
I was contacted 3 years ago by the owner of an '81 Vector that had started a transom replacement and core sampling. We talked on and off for a few months and kind of lost touch. Fast forward to last week where he contacted me again and was losing his boat storage area and the boat needed to go. Of course I couldn't let it go to the dump because apparently, for whatever reason, I don't have the capacity to let one to get cut up if I know about it.....so low and behold, I now own a Vector that is in need of "the works".
I was out of town the weekend it needed moved so the previous owner was kind enough to deliver it to my house (Thank you Matt!) The gel was in pretty bad shape but playing around with some 600 wet and a cut with a wool pad shows some promise. Guess we'll see where this one goes!! Stay Tuned!!

Very cool Jeff, Looks like it is really cleaning up nice. It really is a great feeling having another boat besides the "trailer queen." One that you can run and actually enjoy without worrying as much. If you can set yours up like Josh B, you will be really happy with it for the kind of boating you do.
PS, I really like the brown
