Questions on prop and setup

Hi Guys new to the board, just looking for some more idea's. So lets go...Boat; 2005 Alumacraft Navigator 185cs ( 18'7" long, 8' beam, 1400#'s) Motor...2004 Yamaha F150 (20" shaft), also 2007 5 hp Merc Kicker. Prop... Cabelas 14x19 stainless ( Turbo I think)...W.o.t 5400 rpm & 47.2 mph...load = 2 220# guys, 20 gallons fuel, 3 batteries total + gear (75#).... At wot I can trim over the top where I start loosing speed and no porpoise, lesser rpm (less than 5000) can induce porpoise if over trimmed. I would like another 200 rpm at wot (more speed if possible) but at least some more rpm, the prop performs well, bites hard, handles good. I live in the area of DAH props and may contact them to fine tune my prop. I guess anybody with a similar set up, what are you running...do you like it? Did you find a "special prop". Also AV plate is 1.125" above bottom of "V" in hull.

from what everyone say's about them the guys at DAH are the bogs dollocks with getting the best from a prop.
I lived in the states I would be sending a few their way for sure.
they do absolute wonders with the srx props and many others, speed increase ,better holeshot, and all round better performance from the props they work on.
so I think your best point of call is with them.
