Joking aside, I have had more unsolicited offers to buy this boat than anything I have ever owned. Seems like once a month I get a PM or email, etc.
Why I havent popped it yet sometimes I wonder. I have discussed it with two different builders. I would probably change the nose and pickle fork it and remove the notch in the transom. It would be so easy to build. There are no stringers and only two bulk heads.
I think if it were 15' to the tips people would be less wary of it and it could float a V6 easily.

Is Biel available to talk to? there are plenty of good builders out there that would pop out a few any way you specify, Even build one specifically to use as a plug.

I hope the guy doesn't sell as this has been a long and really interesting project and its a credit to his care and attention to fine detail to make a small boat do what it does !!
The vee 4 Yamaha is a amazing wee outboard and choosing that hull has also been a excellent choice and its a great combination including the driver / builder !
Do I sound impressed? well yes I am !
Messing round with boats is fun !! the learning never stops ,even after more than 30 years there's always something new happening somewhere ! BUT somethings never change and some problems never go away and just keep reoccurring !!so moved into Composite Forensics , Now that something completely new !!
