so finally a little glass work. reconstructing the rear canopy flange where it has been well used, cracked or just plain broken off. I guess I should be thankful there is any left at all.

Can't wait to see it in Tavares. Think you will make November?

It probably wont be running yet in November, but I may tow it for display. all depends where I am with it by early November. If not it will be there next March and in the water.
Rigging is a slow and painful process to make sure everything is perfect for me. I don't just throw it on and hook it up. Kind of anal about those things.

I understand what you are saying about being meticulous. Are you going to put on the Twister? Look forward to seeing you in Tavares again.

Since this project is now down to detailed rigging and the restoration is 95% done, I will let this thread pass into the history of old boat threads here. Appreciate the comments and those who followed it. Next project is already identified, but it may be a few years before I take action on it. I want to finish the rigging on this classic race boat and display and run it at Vintage events up and down the east coast of the USA, starting in 2018.
thanks again .
