Those guys are getting hard to find we had an old guy in Calgary that was great. He retired a few years ago. we have another place we use and they do the brass wakeboat props but not even close to quality repairs we used to get.

I had Rich Junker at Leading Edge in Fla (941-720-0710) do a two blade for the 25 hp on my inflatable.
Rich has done many go fast props for me and all come back looking like jewelry.

Be aware that they get brittle/harder w/age. I tried hammering more cup into several and failed miserably.
I have seen them advertised as bronze and brass both.
I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

I would think you would have to anneal the area you want to beat on... before beating on it?

Annealing brass/bronze is the opposite of annealing steel, for anyone else who reads this and decides to try it.

Those 2 blades were anything but smooth running.
