HELP PLEASE! Trailer weight max/boat size QUESTION!

Can anyone please tell me if a trailer previously used for a 97 Yamaha Exciter 220 jet boat will fit properly on a 161 Tournament Cat 150hp Aqua-Sport boat?

Need to make sure that there's not any weight or sizing issues before I consider purchasing the trailer.
I'm aware that mods and certain specs will obviously affect weight .. so looking for a general yes or no answer.

*OR, if anyone has a trailer for sale in my area that will fit aqua-sport boat, please PM me with details.

I can post pictures of both trailer and boat if needed..Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!

I usually look at how old are the tires and what are the tires rated at.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.

Capacity will be fine, but it would need extreme modification to fit properly. I just happened to be sitting next to my buddy that is a Continental Trailer rep and he read this with me. So that answer is coming straight from an industry pro.

Make sure there very little or no overhang at the stern. What I mean is, make sure the rear bunks extend fully to the transom. On the flip side, you also do not want the hull positioned forward of the rear bunk supports.
