The 21 is a much different boat but this is what we started with.... the hooker mold we made off of a 20-foot Cary in 1975.

I rebuilt the boat. I would leave the tabs on there. Just run them all the way up when at wfo.... It was a good little boat. Built it for my son.

u deffantly dony want to surface the nose cone, or it will hook , but i would set it up to the top hole in the bracket , DO NOT DO IT TILL YOU GET A LOW WATER PICK UP OR YOU WILL BURN THE ENGINE UP. plus take that god dam big ass console out of there. , put something in there thats lower and sleek , u will like the boat much better. do a search for rabco 21 , and look at the sleek console rabco uses .......that console is just WAY to big , 2 people have sold the boat and ive asked why they said, the console is just way to big , u can barley see over it. it just doesnt fit the boat in any way , witch i totally agree. looks silly , that is the only rabco ive ever seen with a console that big and the first time i saw it i was like wtf'? call rabco and talk to joel and see if he can build u a console , or have someone in your area build you one , just a shell and transfer your stuff over to it , be easy cut some new holes and start swaping the stuff over, u can probrally sell the other one for good money, to someone thats got like a 40 footer.
just my 02. got to rabcos website and compare the consoles and look at the difference. tell me what one u like more , it will change the whe look of the boat.. be careful on that motor tho bro , its old and just dont want you to pop it , running it hard. fing a 250 20 in xs and u will have one killer rig , , put a 300 on it and u will have an 85 mph 21 rabco

That old motor still has good even compression 130ish plus r minus 2

Parker, Any idea where I could get a pair of the original "Hooker 6 meter" hull decals. Back in the day I had that t-shirt, BTW one of my favs, I currently have that boat, re-decked by Trevor Hanson and ready for trials. Thanks
