It's called a Flyboard and costs about $4500. I think a lot of you probably know about this thing but I just found out about it. When I first saw the video I thought it was a hoax, but appears to be entirely real.

10 minutes and up to 10,000 ft. Altitude. Guessing that limit is due to oxygen required above that.
