All of the King Sting boats are Jerry DeNooyer's from Lake George NY. I rode in the 32 quad boat at 131 on GPS. He now has a badass 32 inboard boat that he runs in the high 60s and he is no spring chicken at this point. His boys raced a 24 skater back in the day and they are just as crazy as the old man. Those guys have had a ton of boats and have been very fortunate with their automotive business empire. I was only off of him by a couple M.P.H. in the 24 triple that we had but water conditions always made impossible to stay next to him for more then a minute or two. I have never heard of an outboard faster then Dixon...I think that if we would have had access to the tall propellers of today back then that we could have run 135 with the triple 24 skater. It would pull 87 gears with 32s to 8600 every time when the motors were real high...

...Sounds like a 24 triple Skater that was kept at Fort Apache around '87/'88(?).

Danny's boat had modded 260's with juice, there's no denying he's a wizard with Merc's or that it didn't happen at some time, but whenever I saw that boat run, I never saw it take a good set, years ago at Tschiggfrie's thunderfest, he beat Bill by only 2mph, smoked a motor, and had everybody running for cover!
Heard the boat went across the pond.
is gone
