    Mirage Boats

I recently purchased a mint 1997 Mirage River Racer and would like to purchase a lightly tinted windshield for it, also have a friend interested in a new Mirage. Called Mike Mullins (Mirage Boats) at 863-581-7807 for almost two weeks now and keep getting message that mailbox is not set up. Does anyone have their email or another number that I can reach him at, he has NOT answered any texts.

    Thanks, Eric

Windshield has small spider cracks where it bolts to the hull, other than that boat and trailer are like new. Really would love the tinted windshield.

You can bring yours to a glass shop and get them to cut you a new one with tinted lexan using yours as a pattern. Holes will line up and everything. Don't over tighten or the new one will look like the old one ! Mike

That's how I got mine. By the time Mike would have sent me one it would have been just as much $. It was about $100

I think mine was a little less. My golf cart bumper flew off on the way home from a race and thankfully it got the windshield and not my engine cowl. I was in a hurry too so I tried the glass shop and got it the same day. They even drilled the holes.

Not to hijack , but anyone know where I can find one in yellow or blue ? Only option has been to buy the whole sheet. Local glass co's didn't carry colored lexan. Thanks and good luck Eric. Mike

Just curious..did you ever get one? I had a resort up until 2011. ( had to sell it.." Lymes Disease") Also have a 2001 River Racer. All my smaller custom pontoons had their helm windshields damaged during a tornado. Also my Mirage during winter storage.

Take it a guy/gal who does shower door repair/fabrication. They can and will do anything as long as you have the old part/pieces.

Old news but just " Sayin"

    Groucho,
I called Mike at Mirage Boats and he did have them for a little under $200.00 tinted. I ended up purchasing dark tinted Lexan from a plastic company and making my own. Made a template out of the old windshield, turned out fantastic for around $100.00.
