Same as with your Mac McCune inquiry...your best source of info on Bothell/Kenmore, Washington's Stu Diebert, will be Boat Racing Facts. There is info there now. You got a line on one of his old Shultz's?

THE last boat Stu had was a Cougar , he did have a Shultz . I had them both a one time , thought they were still in the Seattle area.....

Tom, was this boat in the northern Illinois area? If so I talked to a guy a long time ago about a Schultze Hydrocat he had for sale (can't remember his name). I still have some pictures of it.

Thanks for th epic. I should have some good pics of the boat in question soon. I believe it is all white at this point. Look slike th esame transom support brackets that it has though...

I haven't made that connection yet, just from looking at old pics there is a striking resemblance between the two. One of several current possibilities.

Is Stu still alive and around up north there?

YES IT APPEARS THATIS THE BOAT INQUESTION. The trailer is the same. current owner says that's it. Be nice to dig up its history. I assume they didn't sell too many Hydrocats as pleasure boats???

I think that boat is in Wisc. may be Pete Nydall (sp) . another NW boat .

The original owner was Allan Schmitt , Olympia Wash. Ran w/T-1 local NW club to about 1980. It had a couple of owners after that , I was the last one. I sold it mid 80s to a guy in Boise Id., after that........?
