Id rather not travel far, so staying in WI would be nice, but MN/IL might be ok for right boat.

What do I want?

Liberator 21'

Possibly the right Checkmate

Price range? $20,000 would be nice, but would spend more ($30K?) for the right boat.

I've got a yellow Allison SS w/ 280 Merc for sale in Crosslake, MN, if you're interested. I know your first two choices were tunnels, but you put the Checkmate in there too. Boat is great and 88 hours on motor.

Thanks. Not actively trying to sell but would consider if someone is interested.

Boat has a lot of nice features. Custom trailerable cover that covers down to the bottom and keeps the boat dry in the rain, covers complete motor also, however the only time the boat is outside is when it is being run. also, has SeaStar power assist steering, recall gps speedo, hide away 7" gps graph that deploys when your lost or need to see the bottom depth.

I have decided (with the wifes help lol), that I am looking for a 21' Liberator, or something bigger than an 18' Stealth or STV.

The cabin room in a 21' is more what we're after. When I see front seats "touching" in the middle, I know my wife (or me) wont like jumping in there to sit down (or get out). So, if you have a boat with "21' Liberator space", let me know (the closer to WI the better).

Gary, good talking with you. Your boat is definitely in the running, and like I said on the phone if you were 3hrs away I'd drive right over and bring the doe rea me.

You seem kinda focused on tunnels, but 21' is kind of a transition area for those. There are many smaller and bigger, but outside of a Liberator (which is a great boat, no doubt), not a ton of 21's.

You mentioned Checkmate. I will be listing a 2008 21' Checkmate Pulsare 2100CD (closed deck) w/ Merc 250XS Opti. Great shape, runs low 80's, I just have the go-faster bug.
Shipping options are plentiful, and it would still be well within your budget.
