I sent all the pics i had to you. Answered all of your questions. Pretty obvious that it peeled paint. I do not have any more info on what was repaired, nor am i trying to mislead anyone.

No,I bought it out of Nova Scotia last January.

No,I bought it out of Nova Scotia last January. Boat was sold as a new boat thru a marina in Canada back in 06 and as far as I know remained in Canada until I bought it in 2016.
