Who remembers this classic video? This was made during the 2003 ODBA Jasper races and river run.

We have been going for the last couple of years. What a great time. 14 hour ride from Jersey but well worth the weekend. Will be there again this year god willing.

I believe you spent time with us on the starting barge also

Friday is Fun Day. Cool to see the DR20 on the river run. Still my favorite race boat of all. 2002 was my last year to race. Who blew the Dr20 over in the video?

I took my DR20 on the river run to break in that motor,probably the only time i enjoyed a break in LOL.

That was Ron Hausmann. He still works the ramp in Jasper some years

I will be at Jasper this year. I haven't been there in years. It's time to return.
And indeed that was Ron. Very nice guy. Before posting the video of his accident, I asked him if it would be alright to include it. He left a very favorable impression on me.

You're right, I had my red Camaro that year. I miss that car. I was also on the starting barge. The ODBA personnel were very nice to me, always. Right from the very beginnings of S&F, they were great. I'll always be thankful to them. I have my ODBA sponsorship awards proudly displayed right in my office here.

I will be back at Jasper this year to shoot photos and video. It will be epic and I can't wait. Too many years have gone by without attending.

I went in 2014 but missed last year and I beat myself up for it every time I read/hear the word 'Jasper'. I am planning my trip for this year and hope to see the great folks I met last year as well as meet some more of you guys this year, even if I have to sleep in my TBSS.

It was Bud's fault! I knew good and well my lil single track S10 wasn't coming up that wet bank with the boat behind it but we had to get the paddle boat unloaded for my BUDdy!!
