Starting to rig a 2017 21 Liberator

This is one of two new 2017 21 Liberators I just got in last week. I just started rigging the orange one today.

In these pics, I built the shifter console, glass the seams, and epoxy it in place. Tomorrow I'll glass it all into the hull.

What's the yellow boat in the fancy garage? Is the orange boat getting twins? just wondering why 3 big gauge holes in dash. 1 speedo 2 tachs?

The 3rd hole is for a JBL Bluetooth stereo. The yellow boat is my 25 Liberator

I got the rear compartment sanded and painted with gray Awlgrip today. I also started to paint the dash. First color is black. Then it will have silver marble and candy orange pearl marble.

What speed are to be expected out of a 21 liberator with a merc 300 . And what prop and pitch would you recommend
