Ron fixed 6-8 motors for me and my buddies over the summer. Did a great job for us. Always is nice to me on the phone. Blocks are always packaged well and only 4 days ground to get them to my door. I measure and check all the blocks when I got them back and seem to be spot on.

I've mostly had the same experience superboattwin250, but hes now gone off the rails twice... just bizarre! anyways, i tried from another area code today and got him! I've call at least once a day for the past month...he was not impressed i got through... he simply said it was ready and would ship it... we'll see... i hope he does.... i don't give up easy...

This is easy. Just ship your block to superboattwin250 and for a small fee he will take it in and get it back right away.

I hope Mr Ron reads this thread. I had used Ruck twice and the customer service was excellent. I will never send my stuff to this guy due to this thread! Customer service is everything.

Are you able to go over there and rattle his cage? i finally tricked him with an odd area code ph number about 2 weeks ago to get through and he assured me it was done and would go right out... this is not even my block, its a customers and of course he is freaking out on me and does not give a crap about excuses...

I have found that it is REALLY hard to find someone to do machine work in a timely manner.

Thank you guy! i really appreciate your help... I wish i could go there myself... Its just so sad, i have had great experiences with him/them in the past and so wanted to believed he has his act together... when i last caught him, he said it was done and would ship it right out... then the run around again... brutal... i am calling Jim tomorrow, and if that goes no where, i may ask for a local legal contact...

Jim Ruck is the nicest most professional guy you could ever meet. Too bad this new guy is the way he is. I will never send an engine to him.
