Find a local boat building supplier, they should carry a bunch of styles of rub rails and/or have a catalog. You can either just visit the store or usually they will send you samples (for just shipping cost possibly) if requested.

Hamilton Marine (in Maine) is the one local for me, if you browse their online catalog you will get the picture on what's out there.

On those sharp points you may decide it's better to find or make a flange of some sort and cut the rail to fit. If you select a rub rail though that is more flat than rounded, it might fold well and make the bend.

As far as a flange goes - you can buy some stuff like that, ie for the bow of boats to hide cut edges of the rail, or to join 2 pieces of cut rail together and hide the edge that might be bendable, but you could also make something, ie wrap a piece of stainless flat stock around the point and secure it with a couple screws on each side to partially hide the cut edge.
