insurance on an 11ft boat with a 25
Whats up guys,
Curious as to how much it would cost to get insurance on a 11 ft boat rated for a 9.9 with a 25hp on it. Boat would be no fun/useless with a 9hp on it. What are my best options here.

Most places would not insure it.....If they did it may cost as much as the boat. Double the hp would be a big red flag at most places...

The only way I have insured boats like that was to attach them to a larger boat such as a houseboat/yacht.

I don't think you'll be able to get insurance for it. Guess you should cut the boat up and throw it out
