What did you use for bedding compound? Curious, in near future will be bedding some stringers myself!
Cool project for sure!!James H. W2F a V-King... Want 2 Fly a V-King

What's up guys! Got a few things done since last week. Got the stringers glasses in, got the floor cut to the right size, glued it to the stringers with some plexus, laid it on and glassed in all the edges, put the deck on temporarily, cut the back out to make it flush and by doing so I can maybe get a few extra gallons in the tank, and now tomorrow going to have a guy look at it to have a mold made or whatnot for that piece of the deck I cut out. Boat definitely isn't as light as before that's for sure! What the boat weighed in the back before I'd say it weighs in the front now! I know I will never be the fastest but hopefully with this extra weight it'll run a bit better when there is a light chop.

I just found this thread. When I got to the part where you said you found some wood in the bilge, I was worried. Glad to see you figured it out and did it right. Boat will last forever now, and I can't imagine you added to much weight--think of all the wet wood you took out! And I am really jealous of your shop.
For a different reason, I have to do about what you are doing just in front of your transom to my Eliminator; curious to see what you come up with.Per Rock:
"Once I bought my first Hydrostream boating changed forever for me."
Per my hero Instigator:
"I try not to let common sense interfere w/my boat buying decisions."

A clue for the pictures. If you are using an iPhone or iPad be sure to have the home button in your right hand. Something about "Apple" technology they didn't want to include. LOL.
