After some looking, I don't think that wire is even used, except for a visual warning system.

Tan Blue should be for the warning horn. Maybe he has a temp sender for a gauge hooked to the warning horn wire. ????

Yup the tan/blue coming from the switch #1 is what sets the overheat alarm. Not sure why it goes to the module unless they back the timing off when it switches. The temp sensor is what feeds the gauge and tells the ECU what temp the motor is. Why he is getting a beep Beep and not a steady beep leads me to believe it's an oil issue .

I traced tan with blue tracer from alarm horn under dash goes to junction above switch boxes then goes to oil alarm. Now I swapped ever part over check gear.My next thought is other switch box because I have wire going from module to switch box.Do you guys think switch box could cause voltage decrease over 2000 rpms?

Only one way to find out. Give you credit your the only man I know that has tried this hard to figure it out. Most would just toss all the injection stuff and pre mix and move on.

The alarm circuit is simply a sounder going to 12V. When it is grounded the circuit completes and the alarm sounds.
At the terminal strip over the switchboxes, one wire goes to an overtemp switch in the head, and the other goes to the oil alert system. If either one is grounded, the alarm sounds.
To test, disconnect the wire to the temp switch and try it. If the alarm sounds, the trouble is in the oil alert system, (with all it's appendages previously discussed.) If the alarm doesn't go off at 2000 rpm, then something is funky about the temp sender. To fish or not to fish? What a STUPID question.

Oil injection removed, just waiting on plugs. Is it normal to have no beep when key is turned to run. Will there be a buzzer on overheat condition or is that deleted when oil module is removed?
