help with rack and pinion
Looking for a replacement cable anyone know what kind this is

Looks like Merc,should be something stamped on the cable.
Does it have a grease nipple on the nut at the motor end and one on the rack?

That's what I was scared of what cable system do you suggest I don't have the scratch for hydro steering right now and can I keep all the same steering wheel and colum

You have blinker style trim so hyd a good option. The extension will have a square hole where it mounts on the other side from the wheel. Only Ride Guide uses that so you will need a new extension as all the rest use round taper with a keyway. Wheel should work.
