    Yep, that's what it is but if your new powerhouse Merc lives with knock sensors? Would still work with old carb and high psi. Found a few cans of some sled fuel additive. Oxygenator, forgot the name. Instructions say dial in richer jetting and adj ing to approach proper tune. I'll take a pic next time.
