Well that explains why there was a ton of water coming out of the exhaust relief holes and only water coming out of the powerhead when you revved it.

I got my boat fixed, swap out my horn right on the water and then it purred like a kitten! Unfortunately I wasn't able to put the blade back on my favorite prop! LOL!

I'm pretty sure that was just a standard water pump kit we put in there so maybe your numbers are reversed? I'm thinking your exhaust plate takes the big tube and the pump the small tube? I'm not sure but I think the big tube is shorter than the small tube because the big pump is taller. I would just have those guys that put that together for you originally sort it out for you.

like I said in our conversation earlier, the tube is a little larger guide the tube to the water pump housing grommet to make the installation easier to install, check the to make sure the nose cone isn't plugged inside restricting the water to the pump.

My 225 Pro Max does not spit water until you Rev it up till you get 10 psi press and it overcomes the poppet. Or until the t-stats start to open. NORMAL, do you have a water press gauge?

I was going to ask, but didn't want to offend anyone.
At the lake we don't hide CRAZY, we parade it on the porch and give it a cocktail.
