i went thru the whole thing, that was 6 or7 years ago, then i thing the next owner did, is it hurt bad?

Parker, when I purchased the boat, cylinders #5 and #6 were scored. I replaced the powerhead with a newly rebuilt powerhead with about 1 hour of run time on it. I finally took it out last Saturday and drove it around for about 10 minutes at a max rpm of 4500. The motor threw a wrist pin on cylinder #5 which I found in the exhaust cavity in the midsection. It also blew a hole in both sides of the front half (I can actually see through it). The replacement powerhead is junk.

holy smokes ! wow that sucks , so sorry man ! good thing it happend to you instead of the new owners frist trip out ....that would of been a mess.
