My "primary case" got a "new" housing last November. A few weeks ago after sitting all winter that housing decided to start leaking gear oil through an old weld (because ALL Mercury gearcases conspire against me). So I've absolutely had it, I went in the backyard and opened the vault, dug up 3 coffee cans of cash and I'm actually gonna spend the money on a nice case this time........no more fixed up patched up stuff. Hence this thread, I want something mint.

So did you find one yet? I have a couple fresh rebuilt RH CLE's around if you want to go old school and get some stern lift. They are small shaft extras I picked up for my Shadow but I know I have at least one just rebuilt and ready to bolt on.

The other guy to contact if you trust him is Brad Zastrow. He seems to have a lot of sporties for sale. I bought a set of labbed 28 cleavers off him but they are thinned by someone, never got an answer when I asked him who did them and I won't run them for bovious reasons.
