Okay ... but it's kinda a frankinrude.
'77 140 .030, scalloped block and teflon pistons, rod slots cut, rods and pistons balanced. '78 hi comp heads minus a lil. Later model (taller) intake w/recirc lines, stuffers, and Carson reeds. Large bore type III carbs with primers. Upgraded to CD4 unlimited single powerpack, flywheel and ignition. Relieved '77 megaphone mid.

Different applications but the five finger Chrysler then Merc . Two stage reeds without gained 75 rpm. Never broke one, hundreds of hrs. First spread the stops as wide as the case would fit, then removed them keeping the strip along the screw holes. If I remember the instructions said remove for the V4.

Ya this thing had never been run. Two stage Boyesons in it when I got it. But I'm kinda partial to Carson reeds.
I'm told some of the later/cleaner Ficht cages will fit in an xflow intake. But have yet to experiment.'71 Glastron V153 - Composite rebuild - Unceremoniously wrecked

Sure ,a little more choice for stiffness with CC. I'd pull the stops and see what's up after you mod the cages.
